The brown woodland warbler is common in montane forests and is endemic to northeast Africa. The upper bird was seen in the Noh Forest (1-11). The 2nd row bird was seen in Arusha NP (7-09). The 3rd row images were taken on Mt. Meru in March 2009. Note the greenish edges to the wing and tail feathers, well shown in the lower images taken at the Marangu gate, Mt. Kilimanjaro NP (1-09), courtesy of Brent Beach.
