The knob-billed duck is widespread in wetlands throughout Tanzania. The female with ducklings was seen in Tarangire (8-08). The other photos were taken in Oldonyo Sambu, Mkiungunero, Yaida Valley, Tarangire, Chobe NP (Botswana) and at Nanja Dam.
