The blue swallow is uncommon in montane grasslands in southern Tanzania, with a small population in the northwest. The perched bird (Minziro FR) and the 2nd row fkight photo (Malawi) are courtesy of Per Holmen. The bird with a tuft of white on the flank was seen in Grumeti, courtesy of Paul Kivuyo.
