The upper oriole finch was seen at Ngorongoro Crater in May 2007. The lower adult pair (female, left) is courtesy of Louis A. Hansen who noted: subspecies: ?new; the collar and other characters do not fit well with the described subspecies. Udzungwa Mts, July 2007 .
