The cattle egret is often seen in small and large flocks in association with game or cattle. The dry season non-breeding photos above were taken in Morogoro (9-03). The 3rd row breeding photo (golden head, nape and breast) was taken at Lake Nzerakera (11-17), courtesy of Paul Oliver. The other breeding photos were taken at Lake Manyara, Olasiti and Tarangire.
