The black and white color of the sacred ibis separates it from all other African ibises. The immature is dull brown/black with white flecks on the neck. The 3rd row photo (Lemuta, 2-13) and the bottom right photo (Lake Eyasi, 3-13) are courtesy of Paul Oliver. The other photos were taken at Tarangire, Arusha NP, Ngorongoro Crater and Nanja Dam.
