The snowy-crowned robin-chat is found in northwestern Tanzania where it inhabits thickets and scrub, usually feeding on the ground. These images were made in the Entebbe botanical garden in February 2010, courtesy of Karine Van der Vurst. Note the white head stripe, black cheek and slate-blue edging to the wing feathers.
