The adult (left, Nanja Dam 11-07) has a white breastband and white eyes; click the image to see more. Several immature superb starlings are shown in the slideshow images: note the dark eyes and diminutive or absent white breast band. The subadult (right above, Seronera 3-09) has a narrow white breast band and eyes that are starting to turn white. |
