The eastern double-collared sunbird is a highland bird of field, forest and gardens and is an east African endemic. The right upper male was seen in the Meru Forest (2-09). The right upper female was photographed in Ngarwa Forest (1-09). The middle row images were taken at the Ngorongoro Crater rim (7-07), courtesy of Gian Schachenmann; and the lower images, in the Noh Forest (10-09).
