The green-headed oriole is a southeast African endemic whose range extends from Mozambique through south central Tanzania to the southern Kenyan coast in forest and mature woodland. Note the green head, throat, upper breast and lower mantle. This bird was photographed in the Amani NR in April 2011, courtesy of Derek Kverno. Three different calls are included in the audio recording by Dr. Louis A. Hansen.
