The brown parisoma is a dull brown warbler with a light grey throat, a greyish-white belly and narrow white edges to the tail. It is an uncommonly seen east African endemic with a preference for Acacia abyssinica. The top photo was taken in the Ngorongoro CA (1-11). The 2nd row juvenile (Nomad Camp, Ngorongoro, 2-18) and the lower photo (Endulen, 4-12) are courtesy of Paul Oliver. The other photos were taken on the western slope of Mt. Meru and at Monduli.
